trak group is partnering with a nonprofit organization focused on empowering individuals and families to lift themselves out of poverty. They’re looking for passionate Youth Advocates to support teens and young adults in summer employment programs—perfect for students or recent grads interested in education, social work, or community impact.

- Currently enrolled in or recently completed an associate or bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, or a related field
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Passion for supporting youth in professional settings
- Ability to manage documentation and reporting efficiently
- Flexibility to work occasional late days during program deadlines
