We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy eCommerce Manager to join a dynamic team and help scale the business. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in a company poised for growth. You’ll have the freedom to create, develop, and execute strategies that drive online sales and elevate the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all online activities related to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, and reporting, ensuring an exceptional customer experience from website navigation to customer inquiries
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across PPC, SEO, social media, display, affiliate channels, and email marketing
- Collaborate with manufacturers and the operations team to ensure a seamless product offering and fulfillment process
- Manage digital marketing contractors to improve traffic acquisition and website performance
- Analyze data and provide actionable insights to drive top-line performance and achieve company growth objectives
- Research market trends and emerging technologies to enhance the website's functionality and user experience
- Oversee website design and development, including layout and features, to maximize customer satisfaction
- Report performance metrics to senior management and adapt strategies to optimize results
- Coordinate content creation, uploads, and landing page development
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment for larger customer orders
- Proven experience developing and overseeing retail and eCommerce-focused digital marketing strategies
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong technical knowledge of digital marketing concepts like PPC, SEO, social media, display, and affiliate channels
- Confidence in managing and growing eCommerce channels
- Proficiency in UX, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Shopify, Shipstation, and Google Analytics
- Experience with website optimization, A/B testing, and conversion management
- Ability to manage a marketing tech stack and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Creative Freedom: You'll have the autonomy to develop and execute strategies to drive business growth.
