We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Associate to support daily financial operations and contribute to the overall efficiency of the accounting function. The Accounting Associate will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Manage accounts payable, including processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and preparing year-end 1099s.

Administer the company’s corporate credit card and expense reporting program, ensuring adherence to internal controls and policy compliance.
